Galaxy Army Navy is a small, customer oriented company located in the heart of New York City. Galaxy Army Navy was established in 1983 in Flushing, NY as a military store and sporting goods shop and has since evolved into a global distribution company in the army/navy and military field. We are involved in distribution of our products through many diverse channels including retail, wholesale, export and internet. Our staff have many types of expertise to benefit our customers from product selection to support after the purchase. In addition, we continue to work hard to build strong partnerships with vendors, suppliers and manufacturers worldwide to give you the best price, selection, value and service. Company History

Galaxy Army Navy originally began as a store called Main Men's Wear in the Flushing neighborhood ^w of Queens, New York. Main Men's Wear began in 1951 to serve the needs of a sportswear and army/navy shop near the busy area on Roosevelt Ave and Main Streets of Flushing. In September 1983 the business was reestablished and the new store started with its core product at the time, "jeans" (hence the name Galaxy Jeans Corporation). The corporation name was officially changed to Galaxy Jeans Corporation and practiced business as Galaxy Army Navy. The business ultimately expanded to the NYC borough of Brooklyn and later Manhattan. The established business today is situated in several offices in New York City with a flagship retail store in the Chelsea neighborhood ^w of Manhattan. GalaxyArmyNavy.com, established in 1998 is one of the web stores by HJ Camouflage, Inc.

Galaxy Army Navy works on the notion that if you take care of the environment it will take care of you right back. By striving to be eco-friendly we impose as minimal harm as we can on the environment. We take a large step towards being more environmentally friendly by reducing the amounts of waste in our store, warehouse and offices. By consistently reducing the amount of energy, water, and paper our businesses use, we make a huge difference, both to the environment and in our savings which we then can pass on to the customer. The world we live in is a beautiful place and we would like to help keep it that way for future generations.
