Is ordering from you on the internet safe and secure?

Generally it is just as safe to order online as it is to pay using your credit or debit card in a shop. This site uses a Security Certificate, which guarantees that we are who we say we are and that your transaction is guaranteed to be secure.
How can I check my order status?

Where do I mail payment to?

Payment should only be sent to the mailing address on our contact page.

  To place an order via payment by mail - follow these instructions:
  
  1) Add the desired items to your shopping cart and click checkout.
  2) Fill out the billing and shipping address and choose the payment method "Payment by mail".
  3) Complete the checkout process and mail payment total along with the order number received to the mailing address on our contact page.
- Bank Account Wire Transfer
  To complete a Bank Account Wire Transfer, please email us for specific details. There is a $20.00 processing fee included to all orders done via Bank Account Wire Transfer.
We do not accept international credit cards (cards issued outside the United States), please see accepted payments on the international orders page.

We do not accept: personal checks, COD shipments or net 30 terms (orders must be pre-paid). We can not be responsible for lost payments in the mail.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately due to the speed of our system in most circumstances we can not change or cancel an order. Please email and/or phone in your request so that we can try to accomodate your needs.
How can I place my order?

Orders can be placed online at our website, by phone, by fax or by mail. For our mailing address visit the contact us page.
When will my order arrive?
- Orders arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after being placed.
Need your order quickly? We can do it.
- Place your order online and email us along with the order number and the date you need the order delivered.
- Contact us by phone to confirm that we have seen the note.
PLEASE NOTE:
- If you received free shipping, your order should arrive in 7-10 business days.
- If you place an order after 11 AM Eastern time, we'll begin processing it on the next business day.
- Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.
- Estimated delivery time applies to all in-stock products only (no pre-orders or backorders).
- If we have to review an order for security reasons, that review may affect the ship date.
- We can't guarantee estimated shipping times. Those times are determined by the specific carrier.
- Orders shipping to APO/FPO or international locations may take additional time for delivery.

Shipping Policy

Orders with standard shipping ship with UPS Ground (www.ups.com) and/or USPS Priority Mail (www.usps.com).

We also by request and/or via freight collect can ship using FedEx (www.fedex.com) and DHL (www.dhl.com). Handling charges may apply.

Some orders may be required to pay additional shipping or handling charges because of size/weight or shipping destination, in the situation that this will arrise we will contact you.

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping Destinations
APO FPO DPO orders ship via USPS and there is an additional 1-2 business days for order processing. Delivery times range from 7-14 business days from the order date.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

How do I make an exchange?

We do not process traditional exchanges. In order to make an exchange, replace a new order for the correct items. You may than return any products to us by following our returns procedure.
How do I make a return?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not fully satisfied you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for any reason. No questions asked.

Returns must be in brand new condition with the original tags. No refunds will be issued for worn, washed, soiled or used merchandise.

Returning Your Package

When sending back your return please be sure to use a reliable shipping company (UPS, FedEx) that will provide a tracking number and proof of delivery. Be sure to write the "Order Number" on the shipping label along with the return address.

Be sure to include your original packing slip or email confirmation printout of your order with your return, if an exchange order was placed make a note of the new order number for our returns department.

Receiving your refund

Your refund will be posted back to the original payment within 30 days of receiving the return. If you received our free shipping promotion (your order was over $99) the original shipping charges will be deducted before your credit is issued if your order total falls below $99. We can issue your refund via original payment method (minus 20% restocking fee if no exchange order was placed) or via a store credit (full refund of product total).
Which items can not be returned?

The following items can not be returned: swimwear, underwear, fabric/material, books, DVDs, audio cassettes, videos, military MRE's, products from the categories: closeouts, specials or customized orders.
What happens if the package is refused?

Any refused packages will be treated as a return, please see our returns policy. Return shipping charges will be deducted before your refund is issued.
I received the wrong item.

If you receied the wrong product or a defective or damaged product please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Please than return the item to our return address and upon passing inspection as being a mistake the product will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

- Bank Account Wire Transfer
  To complete a Bank Account Wire Transfer, please email us for specific details. There is a $1000 order minimum and $20.00 processing fee included to all orders done via Bank Account Wire Transfer.
There is no minimum order amount for international orders. Currency accepted is in USD.

Canadian customers can pay with their regular Canadian credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). We can only ship Canadian orders to the verified billing address of that order.

We do not accept:
• International credit cards under any circumstances.
• Orders that have a billing address in the USA (US issued credit card) and an international shipping address.
Any order received with an international credit card will automatically be cancelled, there are no exceptions.

Please be advised we can not be responsible for lost payments in the mail, especially cash.

We only ship orders that are pre-paid. We do not offer COD shipments or net 30 terms.

Where do I mail payment to?

Payment should only be sent to the mailing address on our contact page.
When will my order arrive?

Your order is expected to be arrive and be delivered 1-3 weeks from the order date. Most customers get their orders quickly and are very satisfied. Many things can delay your delivery after your order has been shipped by us, some include: weather, customs regulations, inspection, loss/damage or location restrictions - all of which is not in our control.
How much does international shipping/post cost?

To get an estimated shipping price online than follow these steps:
1) add the items needed to your cart.
2) select your country and update the cart.
3) your estimated shipping cost will be displayed.

Please note that oversize, overweight, larger orders and/or specific locations are subject to additional shipping and handling charges. If this is the case with your order we will contact you via email.
Which international shipping methods do you use?

International orders with standard shipping are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International (www.usps.com).

We also by request and/or via freight collect can ship using UPS (www.ups.com), FedEx (www.fedex.com) and DHL (www.dhl.com). Additional charges and handling fees may be incurred.

Larger orders may picked up from our warehouse via a freight forwarder.
Backorders

International orders are not subject to backorders. Any products not available will be emailed to the customer for a choice of a different size, color or similar product. If no response is received within 7 days of the email than your order will be shipped with whatever products are available. Generally international customers tend to be upset when not receiving certain products and would much rather switch to something similar than be refunded. If this is not the case with your order than please send us an email and we will refund any products that are not available.
Who pays taxes, customs & duties?

We do not charge or collect the taxes or customs fees for international orders. These rates and fees are usually calculated when the package you ordered enters your country and we are not responsible for any of these fees. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of international taxes and take the right precautions when placing and receiving your order. Some examples of these fees include customs, duties, delivery surcharges, country tariffs and/or GST, PST etc.
Can international orders be returned/exchanged?

International orders can not be returned or exchanged. Due to the high costs of shipping/return shipping we can not accomodate returns at this time. A new order can be placed for the new products and we can ship out the new order.

Due to the high cost of shipping rates we recommend emailing us any questions and using our size chart carefully before placing your order. Any international order packages sent back to us must have our written consent for approval. There is a restocking fee up to fifty percent on returns at our discretion.

Free shipping over $99 - Details
- Free super saver shipping is on orders over $99.00 via standard delivery in the continental USA (48 states). Delivery times range from 7-10 business days via the least expensive carrier.
- This promotion applies to retail orders placed online at GalaxyArmyNavy.com - promotion can not be combined with any other coupon codes, wholesale pricing, discounts, closeouts, bulk orders, special promotions.
- Promotion does not apply to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories or international countries.
- The free shipping promotion can be changed or denied at anytime with no explicit reason.
- If parts of an order are not available making your order total under $99.00, you will be charged the shipping fee for the amount of the products shipped. In the case of a backorder, all parts of your order will ship for free when available.
- In the case that an entire order or partial order over $99.00 that received free shipping is returned for a refund or credit, normal shipping charges will be deducted before the refund is issued.
- In the case of exchanges that are made you will be charged return shipping of your products even if you received free shipping on your initial purchase. The shipping charged will be based on the remaining amount of products on the order.
