1. Is ordering from you on the internet safe and secure?
   
   Generally it is just as safe to order online as it is to pay using your credit or debit card in a shop. This site uses a Security Certificate, which guarantees that we are who we say we are and that your transaction is guaranteed to be secure.
   
2. How can I check my order status?

3. Do you collect sales tax?
   
   As of April 2006 we no longer collect sales tax in NY state on clothing/footwear products under $110.00. Our business is situated in NY state. No other state outside NY state is subject to sales tax collection by our business. If an exception arrises we will notify customer via email or telephone.

   Please be advised we can not be responsible for lost payments in the mail, especially cash.
   
   To complete a Bank Account Wire Transfer, please email us for specific details. There is a $25.00 processing fee included to all orders done via Bank Account Wire Transfer.
   
   We only ship orders that are pre-paid. We do not offer COD shipments or net 30 terms.

   In order to make a Western Union payment you must first find a location in your area. They have locations worldwide throughout most countries.    Before making your payment place your order online at www.galaxyarmynavy.com and select the payment method: Alternate Method, you will than receive an order number.
   
   The payment address and attention name to note when making the Western Union Money Transfer is:
   
   
   After completing your Western Union Money Transfer you will receive a MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number). Once you receive the MTCN, email us immediately with the following information:

   • Western Union MTCN #

   • Senders City/State/Province

   • Payment Amount

   Shipping Policy
   
   Orders with standard shipping ship with UPS Ground and/or USPS Priority Mail.
   
   
   We also by request and/or via freight collect can ship using FedEx and DHL.
   
   
   
   UPS and FedEx DO NOT ship to PO Boxes. Any orders containing PO Boxes will be emailed for a physical address. In the case that no physical address is available, we will ship the order via USPS.
   
   Some orders may be required to pay additional shipping charges because of size and/or weight of the package, this does not happen often but in the case that it does we will contact you.
   
   APO FPO orders ship only via USPS and there is an additional 1-2 business days for order processing. APO FPO orders can take 2-3 weeks to get delivered after the package has left our facilities even via Priority Mail.
   
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
   
   Unfortunately due to the speed of our system in most circumstances we can not change or cancel an order. Please email and/or phone in your request so that we can try to accomodate your needs.
3. How can I place my order?
   

   Via Internet:	Shop online at www.galaxyarmynavy.com
   By Mail:	Place your order online and select your payment method and complete the checkout to receive an order #. Print the order confirmation and mail along with payment to the address on our contact us page Send payment along with your order number, a copy of your checkout printout or email confirmation, your name, shipping address, phone number and email.
   By Fax:	Fax your order to us at 718-971-1055.
   By Telephone:	To place an order by phone please call us toll free: 800-766-9691 or 718-535-7923 (Eastern Time). Hours of Operation Monday - Thursday: 10am - 7pm Friday: 10am - 2pm

4. When will my order arrive?
   
   • Orders take 1-3 business days to ship from our facilities.
   • After order is shipped, delivery times range from 1-10 days via our standard shipping method and determined by the specific carrier.

   
   Need your order quickly? We can do it.
   

   • Place your order online and insert in the notes the date you need the order delivered.
   • Email us and/or call us after to confirm that we have seen the note.

   
   PLEASE NOTE:
   

   • If you place an order after 11 AM Eastern time, we'll begin processing it on the next business day.
   • Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.
   • Estimated delivery time applies to all in-stock products only (no pre-orders or backorders).
   • If we have to review an order for security reasons, that review may affect the ship date.
   • We can't guarantee estimated shipping times. Those times are determined by the specific carrier.
   • Orders shipping to APO/FPO or international locations may take additional time for delivery.
5. Do you ship packages freight collect? (UPS, FEDEX, DHL)
   
   Sure. We can ship your order on your own shipper account number for UPS, FedEx or DHL. You can select the method of shipment as well (ground, 2 day, 3 day, next day etc). In order to have this done on your order, please insert exactly how you need the package shipped in the notes section when completing your order. It is recommended to email us right after your order is placed so that to make sure your order is shipped properly to your specifications. If your order needs to be freight collected by a trucking company or freight forwarder please email us to have those accommodations set up.
   
   There is a $6.95 handling fee for orders accommodated this way.
   
6. Can I specify how I want my order shipped or packaged?
   
   Sure. When checking out in the additional information box you can write if you need your order sent out with special specifications. If you need to have the order shipped via a specific shipping company that we use, if you want no labels on the box or no packing slip included with your order. We will try our best to accommodate to your shipping specifications but can not guarantee it.
