100% nylon flight lining and polyester batting. Removable synthetic mouton fur collar. Water repellent nylon flight satin outer shell. The B-15 became the standard issue flight jacket of the USAAF in 1944 and was one of the first synthetic fabric flight jackets. Zippered utility pencil pocket. Front closure storm flap.Tab for oxygen mask. Tad for headset wires. Welt slash pockets with snap fasteners. Knit cuffs and waistband. Style #mjb23010c1. Manufactured by alpha industries.
