100% nylon stretch-woven shell with polyester fleece backing. Fleece backing makes excellent insulated liner or mid-weight stand-alone shell. Water-resistant, windproof and breathable. Zippered exterior chest pocket. Integrated pen pocket and custom molded badge tab. Use as liner for added warmth in our Delta Drop Panel Jacket, Gamma Long Rain Duty Jacket and Halo I Hi-Visibility Jacket. Propper Defender series. Manufactured by Propper International.
