In North America, flannelette, commonly referred to as flannel, was commonly thought to be the fabric of woodsmen, lumberjacks, tough men, and farmers. Today it is commonly used for children's winter pyjamas as well as pyjama pants for adults. It is good at keeping warmth in, so often is favored among blue collar workers in cold environments. Flannel has been thought by some to be a fashion statement. Flannelette is a light, napped cotton the texture of flannel. The weft is generally coarser than the warp. The flannel-like appearance is created by creating a nap from the weft; scratching it and raising it up. Flannelette can either have long or short nap, and can be napped on only one or two sides. It comes in many colours, both solid and patterned. Flannel Shirts are also known as men's cotton plaid flannel, plaid long sleeve shirt, quilted heavyweight shirts, checkered lumberjack jackets, checked sleeve coats, etc. Flannel Shirts are commonly misspelled as flannelshirts, mens flanel tops, flannell longcoats, etc.

The V-neck, turtleneck and the crew neck are the most popular necklines for sweaters. T-shirts were originally issued by the U.S. Navy as a crew-necked, short-sleeved, white cotton undershirt to be worn under a uniform. However, it was not until Marlon Brando wore one in Street Car Named Desire that they became popular to wear as fashionable, stand-alone, outer-wear garments. Crew-neck sweaters and shirts are extremely popular for comfort, sleep wear, fashion wear, military wear, combat wear, army wear, and much more. Military Sweaters

Military Sweaters

Military sweaters are military themed sweaters that are made out of a variety or fabrics and materials. We offer V-neck sweaters, commando sweaters, and turtle neck sweaters just to name a few. Majority of our sweaters are made out of woold and acrylic. Each have there own individual benefits. Acrylic is a fiber that is lightweight, soft, and warm, with a wool-like feel. It is known to be resilient, retains its shape, and resists shrinkage and wrinkles. Acrylic is a less expensive alternative to cashmere, due to the similar feeling of the materials. Wool has the power to readily absorb and give off moisture. It can absorb moisture up to one-third of its own weight. Synthetic fibers can only absorb 2-3 percent of moisture before they begin to feel wet. Wool is harder to ignite than most synthetic and cotton fibers used in equivalent products (higher ignition temperature); it has lower rate of flame spread, low heat release, and low heat of combustion; doesn't melt or drip; forms a char which is insulating and self-extinguishes. Wool is static resistant as the retention of moisture within the fabric prevents a build up of static electricity. Woolen garments are much less likely to spark or cling to the body. Wool sweaters are very warm and comfortable. Some distinct features of our commando sweaters is the fashionable elbow and shoulder patches found on the sweaters and the epaulettes found on the shoulders. The elbow and should patches are made strictly for fashionable purposes and have no official use. Military sweaters are great for windy weather wear, cold weather wear, fashionable wear, school wear, and much more. Military Sweaters are also known as acrylic zip up hooded shirts, knitted v-neck button up, men's ribbed wool cardigan, lined long sleeve G.I. Pullover, commando outerwear, men's crew neck thermals, woodland sweats, polyester desert round necks, cotton sweatshirts, polypropylene t-shirt, tight fleece fitting tops, camouflage clothing tees, etc. Military Sweaters are commonly misspelled as mens sherpa hoodys, comando hoodies, henley crewnecks, etc.

Military Sweatpants

Military Sweatpants

Military sweatpants are military themed sweatpants designed for every day wear. Sweatpants are an informal variety of pants intended for comfort or athletic purposes. In the UK they are varyingly known as track suit bottoms or the more informal jogging bottoms. In Australia and New Zealand they are known as track (or tracksuit) pants or, less formally, trakky daks. They can, in Ireland, be known as 'fatman' trousers. Sweatpants are traditionally ash gray in color but are now available in essentially any color. They are usually quite "baggy" and loose, which makes them easy to slip into (and out of) and allows a great deal of flexibility and comfort. In addition, this design traps less heat than most conventional trousers, which may be a disadvantage in some contexts (such as cold temperatures) and an advantage in others (such as body heat-increasing aerobic activities). The sweatpant variations listed below are made from different materials. There are many variations on the sweatpant design that have evolved to define their own categories of athletic pants ex: windpants. Very similar to, but not to be confused with sweatpants are windpants, also known as windbreakers, which are lighter and serve to shield the wearer from cold wind rather than insulate. Windpants are almost always made out of polyester or nylon. Sweatpants are widely used in schools, sports, etc. because they are comfortable and keep the cold out while they also don't get too hot in warmer temperatures. Military Sweatpants are also known as army nylon jogging pants, men's closed tracksuits, training windbreakers, men walking trousers, army sweat bottoms, warm up wind suits, etc. Military Sweatpants are commonly misspelled as sweatsuit, trakky daks, trackie dacks, trakkie daks, mens trak dackes, etc.

Military Sweatshirts

Military Sweatshirts

Military sweatshirts are military themed sweatshirts which generally refer to a hoodie (or hoody), short for hooded sweatshirt. Sweatshirts can also refer to a large array of sweaters such as v-neck sweater, crew neck sweaters, and warm up suits. A hoodie (or hoody), short for "hooded sweatshirt", or a "bunnyhug" is a heavy upper-body garment with a hood. The characteristic design includes large frontal pockets, a hood, and (usually) a drawstring to adjust the hood opening. Hoodies with zippers are called zip hoodies or zip-ups. Hoodies are generally regarded as very casual dress. Hoodies are worn by many people in casual settings for its warmth and protection against wind. The hoodie took off in the 1970s as several factors contributed to its success. High fashion also contributed during this era, as Norma Kamali and other high-profile designers embraced and glamorized the new clothing.[2] Most critical to the hoodie's popularity during this time was its iconic appearance in the blockbuster Rocky film. Young men, often skateboarders or surfers, sported the hoodie and spread the trend across the western United States, most significantly in California.[citation needed] The rise of hoodies with university logos began around this time. In Saskatchewan, the hoodie is often known as a bunny hug or bunnyhug. Hoodies are a common dress for outside exercises such as jogging and running. Military Sweatshirts are also known as hooded fleece sweat shirts, men's army pullovers, zip up graphic jackets, star black sweaters, men camouflage apparel, zipped clothes, etc. Military Sweatshirts are commonly misspelled as warm sweatshirts, arme hoodys, mens camo hoodies, zipup hoody, etc.

Military TurtleNecks

Military TurtleNecks

A polo neck (UK) or turtle neck (US) or skivvy (Australia) is a garmentusually a sweaterwith a close-fitting, round, and high collar that folds over and covers the neck. It can also refer to type of neckline, the style of collar itself, or be used as an adjective ("polo necked"). Seamen and menial workers began adopting polo necks as work wear at the turn of the 20th century. Over time polo necks would also become acceptable casual wear, though still usually for men only. Over time it grew and as a women's wear, it become a fad, amongst teenage girls, especially in a lightweight form that emphasised aspects of their figures. A simple variant, the mock polo neck (or mock turtle neck) resembles the polo neck with the soft fold at its top and the way it stands up around the neck, but both ends of the tube forming the collar are sewn to the neckline. This is mainly used to achieve the appearance of a polo neck where the fabric would fray, roll, or otherwise behave badly unless sewn. The mock polo neck clings to the neck smoothly, is easy to manufacture, and works well with a zip closure. Military themed turtle necks are great for work wear, general comfort wear, ski wear, security wear, law enforcement wear, casual wear, and much more. Military Turtlenecks are also known as cotton mock sweaters, polo skivvy polo, security shirts, men's loose neck shirts, tight round sweaters, etc. Military Turtlenecks are commonly misspelled as mens turtle neck moc sweters, etc.

Polo Shirts

A polo shirt, also known as a golf shirt and formerly as a tennis shirt, is a T-shaped shirt with a collar, typically two or three buttons down a slit below the collar, and an optional pocket. A zipper may substitute for buttons, or neither may be present. Polo shirts are usually made of knitted cloth (rather than woven cloth), usually pique cotton or, less commonly, silk, merino wool, or synthetic fibers. Golf polo shirts today are worn by both men and women in numerous non-athletic contexts. Notably, tennis shirts are worn by many semi-professional and general workers in settings where T-shirts are not acceptable, but formal business attire is not required. In contemporary Western fashion, tennis shirts are considered more casual than woven button-front shirts while still being slightly dressy. Our military themed polo shirts come in many different colors and themes. 2-sided shirts are shirts that have print on both the front and the back of the shirt. Golf polo shirts doesn't only need to be worn while playing a sport but they are also very fashionable and can be worn as everyday clothing, work out clothing, costume, and much more.
