• Free Shipping
1. free shipping on orders over $99.00 via standard ground delivery in the continental USA only (48 states).
2. shipping methods are either UPS, FEDEX, USPS or DHL ground service at our discretion.
3. this promotion can not be combined with any other coupons or sales.
4. applies only to retail orders placed online at our website; wholesale, discounted orders and bulk orders are not included.
5. promotion does not apply to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories or international countries.
6. Closeouts or special promotions prices are not included in the free shipping promotion as those are discounted prices for products.
7. If parts of an order are not available making your order total under $99.00, you will be charged the shipping fee for the amount of the products shipped. In the case of a backorder both parts of your order will ship for free with no additional shipping charges.
8. In the case that an entire order or partial order over $99.00 that received free shipping is returned for a refund, normal shipping charges will be deducted before the refund is issued.
9. In the case of exchanges that are made you will be charged return shipping of your products even if you received free shipping on your initial purchase. The shipping charged will be based on the new order amount.
• No Sales Tax
1. We do not collect sales tax except where required by law. (We only collect tax for packages shipped to New York for non clothing products and clothing products over $110.)
2. If in a specific case your order is subject to taxes we will contact you.
