Returns Policy
How do I make an exchange?
We have a 30-day exchange policy. If you are not fully satisfied you may exchange unused items within 30 days of shipment for any reason. No questions asked.
You may exchange the product you purchased for any other size, color or product that we
sell on our website.

Place a new order on our site with payment for the new products that you
would like.

Mail back your exchange to us with both of your packing slips (or email confirmations) and
write clearly on the packing slips ORIGINAL ORDER and EXCHANGE ORDER.
Upon receipt of the original order we will refund the total product amount to
your original payment method for that order.
Please note: if you leave out on your packing slip that you made an exchange
order we will unknowingly process it as a return.
- We will refund your full purchase price as well as the shipping if the return is a result of our error.
- Items rarely arrive other than in perfect condition.
- All returned products must be securely packaged in the original packaging and must include all paperwork and accessories included. Returns must be in new condition. We are unable to refund money for items that have been
slightly used, washed or missing any tags.
- Return shipping is the customers responsibility.
- If you received our free shipping promotion (your order was over $99) and you return your order making the new total under $99, the
original full shipping charges will be deducted before your credit is issued.
- Please allow up to three weeks for refunds to post. We will always credit the same method of payment unless this is not an available option.
- You may ship the return by the method of your choice, we do recommend that you insure your package; we will not be responsible for damaged or lost returns.
GalaxyArmyNavy.com will not be responsible for shipping charges for returns that are sent to any other location other than the one listed for returns.
- Orders over two hundred dollars can not be returned without our prior written consent and approval.
- Orders past our thirty day deadline can not be returned.
- In order to continue offering our customers the best value we are unable to deviate from these policies.

PLEASE NOTE: If the product total of your exchange order is less than your
original order you will be charged a twenty percent restocking fee on that difference amount. For example,
if on your original order the product total was $50 and on your new order the product
total is $10, than you will be charged a restocking fee for the $40 difference. If your order totals match than this does not apply.

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items can not be returned: swimwear, underwear.
There are no returns on: fabric/material, books, DVDs, audio cassettes, videos, military
MRE's, customized orders, closeouts, special orders, clearance items.
Packages that are refused and returned to us are considered as if it is a standard
unauthorized return. You will be refunded for the products returned minus a 20%
restocking fee and minus the shipping costs as well as the shipping costs to receive
back your package from the selected carrier. Please allow 30 days for your refund to post back to your original payment method.
In the case that the package was refused by mistake, we will reship your order to you at the same shipping rate you originally
paid. Please make arrangements with the proper shipping company to make sure your package is delivered.
Please call us if this is the case so that we can ship your order out.
Defective or Damaged Products
In the situation that the product you received is damaged please call us the same or next business day as your shipment is received.
If the item is damaged due to the shipping carrier, you must call us in order to place a trace and investigation on the shipment. In the situation that the shipping carrier
is at fault and you are not found liable than we will reship your order complete as soon as we are paid in full by the shipping carriers insurance company.
We will not accept any defective claims after 3 calendar days.
An item that was defective or damaged upon receipt not due to the shipping carrier may be replaced with the same products only. You may return a damaged or defective product
for a refund, however a 10-20% restocking fee will apply. Why? Claming a defective product is a simple way of avoiding our restocking fee on standard returns. Please recognize that we will certainly replace an item that damaged or defective before
receipt, the restocking fee is only applied if you choose to received a refund.
Shipping and handling for defective merchandise is to be paid by the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are non refundable. We will try our best to resolve all issues with the customer.
Wrong Product Received
Shipping and handling costs of any wrong items received are not credited or refunded unless there was a clear error on our part (incorrect product received, color and/or size received is different than what was ordered).
Customer must send products back to us at there expense and if the return is a
result of our error, we will pay the return shipping cost and send you the
correct product at our expense after inspection is done. We reserve the right to
choose the carrier and method for return shipping.
How long will it take to replace a defective product?
We will send a replacement product immediately after the (authorized) returned merchandise has completed our receiving process and passes inspection. The receiving and inspection process may take up to 3-5 business days. We will do all we can to speed up this process and ensure that you receive a replacement with the least hassle.
If it is essential that you receive a replacement immediately, we recommend that you place a new order, and we will refund your credit card for the original purchase, upon the completion of the receiving and inspection process. We do not send out any replacement
products before we receive and inspect the original returned merchandise. Please recognize that shipping a replacement before we receive the
first item is providing two items for the price of one.
